The item will be shipped on the basis of estimated dispatch date outlined on the product page. In addition, we will update you on your order by emails. You can also contact our customer service center to get the latest news.

2. In-stock Item:
Generally speaking, we ship your full order within 2-4 workdays. However, during promotional holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 workdays.
And you’ll receive an email with your tracking number if your order has left our Ipoh warehouse.

United States: 10-15 business days

Canada:10-20 business days

England, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and other EU countries 
1-4 weeks, depending on the different destinations.

Other Countries:1-4 weeks, depending on the different destinations.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.

Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
